Hello! My name is Sophie Richards, and I am super excited to be returning to Mountain T.O.P. as a member of the Summer Staff. This summer I will be serving as a Service Project Ministry Coordinator. I have been a camper at Mountain T.O.P. for the past six years, and I am thrilled to continue my Mountain TOP journey as a staff member. Mountain T.O.P. (Tennessee Outreach Program) is a non-profit organization located in the Appalachian Mountains focused on meeting the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of the people they serve. As a camper, Mountain T.O.P. meant so much to me. It helped me grow tremendously in my faith, and it made me aware of the devastating poverty that is so close to my Nashville home. I am beyond excited to take on this leadership position and not only serve the people of the Cumberland Plateau, but also become a spiritual leader for the campers.
Because Mountain T.O.P. is a non-profit organization, I am responsible for raising a portion of my salary and my living expenses. In order to reach my goal, I need your help!
