Ken gave so much to this ministry—now it’s our turn.
Join us in celebrating his legacy and strengthening the future of Mountain T.O.P.
Mountain T.O.P. alumni and friends are uniting to honor the legacy of Ken Swift, a beloved pillar of our community. Ken’s life and service touched countless staff, campers, and volunteers, leaving a legacy of hospitality, adventure, and faith.
To celebrate his impact, we are raising funds to officially dedicate the kitchen at Cumberland Pines as Ken’s Kitchen. A plaque of remembrance will hang above the serving window—a permanent tribute to the years Ken gave to this ministry and the many lives he invested in.
Every dollar raised will strengthen Mountain T.O.P.’s facilities and future, ensuring that the next generation of campers continues to experience the same love, growth, and renewal we did.
Your gift will help us place a plaque in his memory and fund vital improvements for camp, including a new industrial ice machine, a much-needed tractor, new picnic tables for meals and fellowship, and more.
Ken embodied what it meant to welcome, invest, and serve. He opened his home, cooked meals, led adventures, supported ministries, and encouraged staff and campers alike.
Though Ken passed in 2013, his impact continues to ripple through all of us who were blessed to know him. Naming the kitchen in his honor is a way of saying: Ken’s legacy lives on in every shared meal, every story, and every camper welcomed on the Mountain.
Your gift makes Ken’s Kitchen possible and ensures that Mountain T.O.P. continues to thrive.
Every donation, big or small, is a way of saying “thank you” to Ken and investing in the future of the Mountain.
