Hello Everyone, my name is Maggie Gilchrist and I am so so excited to be working on the Mountain this year!
If you don't know what Mountain TOP is, it is a volunteer organization located in Grundy County, TN. They work to meet the physical, spiritual, social, and emotional needs of people all across the Cumberland Plateau.
I have been attending Mountain TOP as a camper since 2019 and it has truly been life changing. Getting to work together with the community to make a change is something I feel blessed to do.
This year I get the privilege of being a Day Camp Ministry Coordinator, meaning I will get to serve the kids. Partnership is an important part of Mountain TOP. This means we do things with people not for people. In addition we also partner with our communities, friends, family, or anyone who feels called to raise part of our salaries and living expenses!
